How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped via FedEx. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 (before tax and discounts) within the continental United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the continental U.S. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with a single-bottle purchase, you may return it within 60 days of your purchase date for a refund. Open bottles are eligible for return only on single-bottle orders. Multi-packs and bundles are considered final sale. A $5 return label fee may apply.
How do I request a return?
Please email us at info@myrrhlabs.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide return instructions and generate a return label if applicable.
When can I expect my refund?
Once your returned item is received and reviewed, we will process your refund within 14 business days using the original payment method.
Are your supplements FDA approved?
Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA. However, all Myrrh Labs™ products are manufactured in FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facilities, and we rigorously test our ingredients for purity and potency.
Are your supplements vegan or allergen-free?
Each product page lists the full ingredient profile and allergen information. If you have specific dietary concerns, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing.
Can I take your supplements with medication or a health condition?
Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new supplement, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking prescription medications.
How do subscriptions work?
When you subscribe to a product, you’ll receive automatic deliveries at the frequency you select. You’ll be billed in advance for each delivery cycle.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel or make changes to your subscription anytime by logging into your account or contacting us at info@myrrhlabs.com.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history, manage subscriptions, and save shipping information for faster checkout.
My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?
Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. Please allow 2 to 3 business days. If your package still hasn’t arrived after that, contact us and we’ll help file a claim or send a replacement if necessary.
