Placing Orders for Goods

By submitting an order through our website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

You affirm that you are authorized to use any provided payment method and that all information submitted is accurate and complete. Order Cancellation

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order in accordance with our return policy. Only goods returned in their original condition, along with all packaging and materials, will qualify for a refund. Products showing signs of use or damage may not be eligible.

Reimbursement will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Cancellations do not apply to:

• Custom or personalized products
• Perishable goods
• Unsealed items not suitable for return due to hygiene
• Items that have been irreversibly mixed with others after delivery
• Digital goods once performance has begun with your consent

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

Our inventory is regularly updated, but errors in descriptions, pricing, or availability may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and update information without prior notice.

Pricing Policy

Prices may be adjusted at any time prior to order confirmation. Payments

Placing Orders for Goods

Subscription period
Some features of the Service may be accessible only through a paid subscription. Subscription billing is recurring and may be charged daily, weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on the plan you select. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by you or by Myrrh Labs™ before the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting Myrrh Labs™. No refunds will be issued for payments already made for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until the end of your active term.

Billing Information You agree to provide accurate and complete billing details, including your name, address, phone number, and valid payment method. If automatic billing fails, we will notify you and issue an invoice requiring manual payment.

Changes to Fees Myrrh Labs™ reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. Any changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You will receive reasonable advance notice and may cancel prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes your agreement to the new terms.

Refunds Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds may be issued on a discretionary, case-by-case basis.

Promotions Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms. If there is a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will apply.

User Accounts When you register with Myrrh Labs™, you agree to provide accurate and current information. Failure to do so may result in termination of your account.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to disclose your password or use another user’s credentials without authorization. Notify us immediately of any breach or unauthorized access.

Usernames may not infringe on third-party rights, contain offensive content, or misrepresent your identity.

EU Users EU residents benefit from any mandatory consumer protections of their home country.

U.S. Government Use If used by the U.S. government, our Service is considered a “Commercial Item” under applicable regulations.

Legal Compliance By using the Service, you represent you are not in a U.S. government-sanctioned country or on a restricted party list.
