Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders placed with Myrrh Labs™ are processed within 24 hours. Orders received before 10:00 AM EST on business days will ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EST on Fridays will ship the following Monday.

Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery We ship via FedEx, offering estimated delivery within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location relative to our fulfillment center in Rochester Hills, Michigan.

Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight.

Free Shipping is available for orders of $99 or more (excluding taxes and discounts).

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses within the United States and eligible U.S. territories.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Be sure to retain all original shipping materials and take clear photos of both the outer packaging and damaged items. Without these materials, we may be unable to complete your claim.

International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping and only ship within the continental United States.

Incorrect Addresses and Refused Deliveries We make every effort to validate shipping addresses during checkout. If an address cannot be validated, we will email you to confirm before fulfilling the order. Orders held due to an unconfirmed address will not ship until we receive a response.

Myrrh Labs™ is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses that cannot be recovered. Refused or undeliverable packages (e.g., missing apartment number, gate code) will require a reshipment fee if you request redelivery. If you prefer a refund, original shipping fees will not be refunded. For orders with free shipping, our actual shipping costs (up to $15 for some items) will be deducted from the refund.

Tracking Says Delivered, But You Havent Received Your Order In some cases, FedEx may scan a package as delivered even while its still on its way. Please allow 2–3 additional business days. If your package has still not arrived after this period, contact us and we will help file a claim and begin an investigation.

Allow up to 5 business days for the carrier to complete the investigation. If it remains unresolved after 5 days, we will ship a replacement order while the claim continues.
